Hey guys, my name is Brittany and, after much hesitation, I recently watched the Netflix documentary "What the Health." I'm sure at this point majority of you have heard about or seen this new documentary that has cause much debacle in the health community. So, if you're interested in learning more about the claims this documentary makes, you're in the right place.
While I was watching "What the Health," I found a lot of the claims hard to wrap my head around. If good groups like meat and dairy are truly harmful to our bodies, why do major health organizations like the American Diabetes Association and the American Cancer Society endorse using these ingredients to create healthy meals? It seems a little far fetched for me to believe, thats why I want to use this blog to dig a little deeper into the research presented in the documentary. I am also curious to see how many viewers are buying into these claims and how many people have changed their eating habits as a result of this film.
