Pittsburgh Personal Injury and Social Security Disability Law Firm Gives Back to Local Animal Shelters

The attorneys at Berger and Green love helping animals and are always looking for ways to get involved with organizations that dedicate their work to giving all animals a loving forever home.

Berger and Green, a Pennsylvania law firm that has represented injured and disabled people in claims for personal injury and Social Security Disability for more than 40 years, is a proud member of the Pittsburgh community and is always looking for new ways to give back.

Our personal injury and Social Security Disability attorneys are proud to support local organizations especially ones that help find homes for animals, like the Animal Rescue League Shelter & Wildlife Center as well as the Central PA Humane Society.

The Animal Rescue League is an open door shelter that has been around for more than 100 years. Cindy Berger, one of our founding partners, had the opportunity to visit the Animal Rescue League to learn more about the shelter.

After the visit she said, "I am proud that Berger and Green supports the Animal Rescue League. They're a wonderful organization and they are so great at placing animals in forever homes and also supporting the community. I recently visited the Animal Rescue League shelter and had a chance to experience firsthand what wonderful care and attention all animals get while they're here."

Knowing that the shelter thrives on funding from the public and works tirelessly to pair their animals with foster homes, Berger and Green helps by paying for some animal's adoption fees so that the right owner can take a loving animal from the shelter home free of charge.

In addition, Berger and Green also supports the Central PA Humane Society's monthly Spay Days Program. Where just this month, the organization was able to spay two dogs, neuter two dogs and neuter four cats thanks to their continued support.

A little effort goes a long way in supporting your local community and Berger and Green is no stranger to that. Every month the firm is looking for new ways to get involved and loves being able to help the Pittsburgh community continue to thrive.

Getting started is easy. To find out more about how you can get involved contact a local organization to see what upcoming events you want to be a part of and start helping to make a difference in your community!
