I'm sure you don't need me to tell you that it was Kylie Jenner's birthday recently, and she marked the occasion with what looked like a pretty incredible party.
But there did seem to be a spot of drama when pictures were released showing someone being wheeled out of the party on a stretcher and put into an ambulance.
Well it's now been revealed that the woman who was stretchered out of the party was Australian fitness model, Tammy Hembrow, and in a new video uploaded to her YouTube channel, Tammy explained what actually happened.
According to Tammy, she was running off "30 hours no sleep" and was "struggling to stay awake", revealing that she could "barely keep [her] eyes open" while getting ready for the party.
Tammy explained that her exhaustion was down to a recent breakup and throwing herself into work to keep distracted. She also mentioned that she has her children "the majority of the time" too.
"I probably definitely shouldn't have been drinking because of how jet-lagged I was," she continued. "I already wasn't feeling well at all."
Tammy then revealed that the reason she was escorted from the party in an ambulance was because she'd collapsed.
Going on to address trolls who had been passing judgement on what happened, Tammy said, "You never know what someone is going through" before thanking her fans for their love and support.
