12 Things We Learned From The "Canada's Drag Race" Season 2 Reunion

    Hi baby gorgeous! We're in our final stretch of an amazing season of Canada's Drag Race. How's everyone feeling? Refreshed? Yassified? Slayed etc etc etc?

    We've made it to the penultimate reunion episode (hugs and air kisses to us all), and here are 12 things we learned while reuniting with our fave Canadian queens:

    1. The first thing we ultimately learn is that it's the reunion episode.

    Like, okay... surprise? Did not know this was happening tonight. 

    2. For approximately 0.02 seconds I thought Adriana was Derrick Barry.

    Like no. But also... yes.

    3. Eve 6000 is still Eve 6000.

    It's simply not a Canada's Drag Race episode if Eve is not bawling. 

    4. Pythia is the only queen this season who has never had to lipsync for her life.

    She joins the ranks of Scarlett BoBo from Canada’s Drag Race Season 1, and icons like Alaska, Gottmik and Bianca Del Rio who made it to the final without ever being in the bottom. 

    5. Every inch of product placement this season has had me in tears.

    Pour an AHA out for the Shoppers Drug Mart Rupaul voiceover, the Neutrogena Wipe Wall and Fabricland Glitter Wall. These are the strings that hold our nation together. 

    6. Miss Congeniality goes to Suki Doll.

    My vote for Miss Congeniality was in fact the Neutrogena Wipe Wall but Suki Doll is also an incredibly good choice. 

    7. The queens are asked who they think will win, and it’s pretty much split between Pythia and Icesis.

    8. There isn't actually that much drama to cover this reunion.

    9. The final 4 queens choose lipsticks that'll determine who they lipsync against.

    10. Round 1: Kendall vs Gia are up first as they lipsync to Rupaul's "Main Event".

    The song is giving a bit B-Side vibes but nonetheless Kendall persisted— winning a coveted spot in the Top 3. Gia has one more round to get themselves BACK in the competition. 

    11. Round 2: Pythia and Icesis lipsync to "Born Naked".

    I realized while watching that I’ve NEVER heard this entire song before. It’s like hearing the full version of a TikTok song— some of them should only be 15 seconds. I digress, Icesis takes it (duh, slay), but Pythia still has one more shot against Gia. 

    12. Round 3: Pythia and Gia lipsync to "CALL ME MOTHA"!

    Now THIS is a good Rupaul song. Gia gets the chop and ultimately, it's both right and wrong and the same time. 

    And just like that, we've arrived at our Top 3. But before Gia could hit the door, we caught up with them one last time to learn about their gaggiest moment this season:
