The crown chakra, located at the top of the head, helps us develop and gain a higher sense of spiritual consciousness. It is associated with the color violet which represents awareness and intelligence. Maybe you've already set off for your spiritually journey or maybe you're just trying to find and understand yourself.

The third eye chakra, located in the middle of both eyebrows, helps us develop our sense of awareness and intuition. It is associated with the color indigo which represents physic ability and peace. Many access their third eye chakra to gain more spiritual consciousness and understanding of the spiritual world.

The heart chakra, located in the centre of your chest, helps us with showing compassion as well as aiding us in emotional healing. It is associated with the color green which represents health, love, and empathy. Whether you're having a hard time expressing love and appreciation for someone or just aren't feeling like your usual self, working with your heart chakra can be very beneficial.

The solar plexus chakra, located a few inches above the belly button, helps us gain confidence and better our social skills. It is associated with the color yellow which represents courage, optimism, and self-esteem. Maybe you're having a hard time feeling good about yourself or making friends, working on your solar plexus chakra can  definitely be beneficial.

It is associated with the color orange which represents creativity, sexuality, and energy. Maybe you're just feeling a bit lethargic lately or maybe you're stilling figuring yourself out sexually, but working on your solar plexus chakra can bring about a lot of benefits.

The root chakra, located at the base of the spine, helps us with feeling grounded and connected to the world around us. It is associated with the color red which represents instinct, safety, and support. Working on the root chakra can help one feel safe emotionally as well as feeling confident in our decisions.
