475 ml double cream, chilled
400 grams can sweetened condensed milk
60 ml Baileys® Pumpkin Spice
1. In a large bowl, whip the cream until soft peaks form.
2. Add the condensed milk, then whip until smooth.
3. Add the Baileys® Pumpkin Spice.
4. Transfer the mixture to a baking pan or bowl, then freeze until solid.
5. When ready to eat, prepare coffee.
6. Scoop ice cream into a glass, then pour coffee over ice cream.
7. Garnish and enjoy!
