1. My life consists of eating, breathing, and creating. (#TeamNoSleep)

I am currently a senior at the University of St. Thomas, pursuing my BA in marketing. Over the past year, I've spent time working with the Minnesota Timberwolves as a college sales ambassador. I've also interned in the tech industry for Chicago based startup NOCD as a social as a digital marketing intern. When I'm not out trying to set the business world on fire, I spend my off days working as a freelance portrait photographer. Additionally, I currently run my own music event curation group and within the past nine months I've curated two music events and I've helped curate an experiential music event for Urban Outfitters. My passion for creating ultimately fuels my ability to think critically.

Honestly, I'm like a five year old. I ask a million questions, or however many it takes to tell a cohesive story. Personally, nothing feels better than learning about different people and cultures and then turning that information into meaningful insights. Like the folks at Leadpages, I understand the importance of storytelling, and in order to tell a complete story you have to understand how people operate within their cultural structures.

3. I'm a team player.

Even Yeezy knows there is no "i" in team. Okay maybe he doesn't... but I do. Diversity in perspective is extremely important to me. I want to be in an environment where I am challenged to think differently and I want to be around people who do not necessarily share the same values as me. Workplace echo chambers are boring!!

4. I can lead too.

When I started a music event curation group with a few of my friends, I was put in a position where I had to lead the overall direction of the group. As a leader I had to push myself and the people around me to try to produce the best work possible, and it was extremely uncomfortable at times. Leading is not always the most comfortable experience, but I found that pushing myself and others outside of their comfort zones leads to more productivity.

5. I'm ok with falling flat on my face.

I ate gas station sushi a few days ago, so its safe to say I know a thing or two about taking risks. I'm not afraid to be an unconventional thinker, because fear of failure never hinders me.

6. I can handle the heat.

There is really no greater pressure than trying book a music venue, book artists, and edit photos, in the middle of midterm week. Talk about an existential crisis... But hey, pressure makes diamonds and "Diamonds are Forever."

7. You have 99 Problems? Don't sweat it, I got you!

I certainly do not have all of the answers, but I will do whatever it takes to find the answers. I can learn on the fly, so just give me a task and I will figure out a way to get it done.

8. All I need is a hot cup of Joe and I'm ready to go. Wait. I lied. Maybe two cups of Joe.

I don't need to be micromanaged. Give me direction or no direction, either way I'm ready to hit the ground running.

9. I approach every task with a can-do attitude and a smile.

My mantra is to keep it real 100% of the time. I value honesty and integrity, and I want to be able to work in a space where everyone is respectful and honest with each other.
