1 rack of spare ribs
1 cup apple juice
3/4 cup barbecue sauce
STEP 1: Add apple juice to a baking tray, then place pork spare ribs on top.
STEP 2: Cover the baking tray with foil, then bake in the oven at 180°C for 1 hour.
STEP 3: Remove the tray from the oven and take off the foil cover.
STEP 4: Coat the ribs in barbecue sauce using a brush.
STEP 5: Place the ribs back in the oven, uncovered for 30 minutes at 180°C.
STEP 6: Serve ribs with a garnish. We recommend spring onions.
