Breakfast Yorkshire Pudding

Celebrate National Yorkshire Pudding Day, with a Yorkshire Pudding for breakfast! 🎉 😍

Makes 6

Aunt Bessie’s Homestyle Yorkshire puddings
6 rashers of smoked streaky bacon
6 medium eggs


1. Preheat your oven to 200°C/Gas mark 6.
2. Lay a slice of bacon around the top edge of each Yorkshire.
3. Place the Yorkshires into a muffin tin.
4. Crack the eggs into the middle of the Yorkshires.
5. Place on the top shelf of the oven for 15–17 minutes.
6. Finish with black pepper.
