    If You Can't Actually Braid Hair, Try This Trick

    It's literally just tying big knots!

    Truth bomb: Post-workout hair usually looks messy AF. So we asked some ~fit~ dudes to try out gym-proof hairstyles to see what would actually work when we got out of the locker room.

    Sometimes you get done with a workout and your hair is dripping with sweat.

    There's a pretty easy solution! Brush your hair back so it looks a little more kept.

    Now split it into two even sections.

    Brace yourself for how easy this is: Tie the pieces together in a big loop, the way you would tie your shoelaces.

    Tug the ends for a tight knot.

    You're left with two shorter pieces of hair. Go ahead and tie 'em again.

    Remember to tug tight!

    Continue tying knots with the pieces of hair until you have only about one inch of hair left at the bottom.

    Once you're at the bottom, secure the hair with a little elastic band.

    And BAM! Just like that it looks like you know how to do your hair!
