Truth bomb: Post-workout hair usually looks messy AF. So we asked some ~fit~ dudes to try out gym-proof hairstyles to see what would actually work when we got out of the locker room.
Start by parting your hair down the middle so you have two even sections.
With the right section of hair, begin tightly twisting hair.
Now, wrap the twist around its base to create a little bun.
Keep wrapping! Keep wrapping! The bun should be sitting just above the nape of your neck.
Got a bun? Great! Now wrap a hair tie around the bun to hold it in place.
If you'd rather use bobby pins, you can do that, too.
Repeat the exact same thing on the left side.
Just like that, you've got double buns.
