How To Make Marijuana-Infused Rum Apple Cider

    Marijuana-Infused Rum Apple Cider

    Serves 10

    INGREDIENTS
    8 cups (2 quarts) apple cider

    1 apple, thinly sliced

    1 orange, thinly sliced

    2 cinnamon sticks

    Pinch of grated nutmeg

    1-inch piece fresh ginger, peeled and thinly sliced

    2 teaspoons whole cloves

    1 cup cannabis-infused dark rum (click for recipe)

    Special equipment:

    •Large pot

    •Cheesecloth (optional – to easily remove cloves and ginger from finished cider)

    DIRECTIONS

    1. In a large pot, combine apple cider, apple slices, orange slices, cinnamon sticks, nutmeg, ginger and cloves (tie ginger and cloves in cheesecloth first for easy removal, if desired).

    2. Slowly bring to a simmer over low heat.

    3. Simmer for 10 minutes.

    4. Remove from heat and add rum.

    5. Ladle into mugs and serve warm.
