We heard that Singapore is rated as one of the most boring places in the world. And as passionate Singaporeans, we found 5 facts to justify why.
Let’s say we give the wildlife and nature a miss and visit Asia’s top amusement park (TripAdvisor Ranking), Universal Studio Singapore as well as the world renowned Gardens by the Bay, documented as the Largest Glass Greenhouse in Guinness World Records 2015. Come on, I guess it’s safe to say we would all rather spend the day rotting at home right? The excitement and awesomeness could kill us. Better be safe than sorry.
As night falls and we venture into the dark, what can be more exciting than to source for food like a scavenger? It sure is sad that it is too easy to find a place to chill. Just in Clarke Quay, there are clubs like Zouk, F Club, Attica and Get Juiced, bars like Prive, Harry’s, Shuffle and Chupitos, and not forgetting delicious supper eateries after party such as Bak Kut Teh and Hai di Lao. Is it too much to ask for lesser entertainment and more commuting opportunity?
Lastly, here’s the deal breaker. There are just too many different cultures to experience, iconic places to see and rich heritage to explore. Worst of all, we find ourselves forever celebrating festivals. Just within a year, we have Chinese New year, Vesak Day, Hari Raya, Deepavali, Christmas, rinse and repeat. Come on, aren’t these too much to handle and who needs so many experiences?
