    The biggest issue for beginner bakers are missing ingredients. Everyone should have these basic ingredients in their pantry and with those basic ingredients, you can create the most simplest dishes!

    Flour; All Purpose Flour is an essential base to make all sorts of things such as cakes, cookies, breads, muffins, and more.

    Baking Soda/Powder; This ingredient is also a big essential, the purpose of making your creations rise and expand.

    Salt; Used to balance out the flavor as well as adding flavor.

    Sugars; All baked goods include sugar and can be substituted with other types of sugars depending on the recipe and all types of sugar has different outcomes. The most common sugar used in baking is the Granulated Sugar, but different types of sugars include; Brown sugar & Powdered sugar.

    Dairy products; Dairy products are not always an essential, but when used it gives the creation moisture. Most common dairy ingredient would be Whole Milk, others include Heavy cream, Buttermilk, and more...

    Fats; Fats include Eggs, Butter, and Oils. These are also used to give moisture as well as creating the right form of texture for the goods.

    Spices/Extracts; Flavors are super important to any baked goods, these would include ingredients such as Vanilla extract, Cinnamon, Chocolate/Chocolate Powder, and etc...
