Not everyone has the typical college experience. For those of us who are getting an education as a real-life adult, going to school is a little bit different. Ashford University offers education that fits into your busy life.

Sleep is that thing you're supposed to be doing while you're cramming and/or partying and that thing you're not supposed to be doing during class. At some point, those signals were crossed — perhaps due to lack of sleep.

If you got grades for sleep, you would get straight As. Sleep is not to be trifled with. You get eight solid hours, minimum. Because it's the most necessary thing in life.

Snacks and lunches are carefully preplanned and made with love — you do it for your kids, and you do it for you. Food is fuel!
