The Vikings (6-4) and Lions (6-4) square off in a critical match up. The winner will claim first place in the lowly NFC North. These two teams have the same record, but are going in opposite directions. The Lions are hot and have won five of the past six games. The Vikings started the season 5-0, but are 1-4 in their last five games. It will be an interesting match up, but expect the Lions to beat a reeling and weak road team in the Vikings.

The game of the day featuring the Redskins (6-3-1) and Cowboys (9-1) will likely be a dandy. Both teams are red hot as Dallas has won nine straight and Washington is 6-1-1 in their last eight games. This game is a must win for the Skins if they wish to still have a chance to win the division. For the Cowboys, a win allows them to separate themselves even more from the rest of the division and gets them closer to Home Field in the playoffs. This will be the best game of the day, but expect the Cowboys to win by a score behind their two impact rookies, Dak Prescott and Ezekiel Elliott.

Both the Colts (5-5) and Steelers (5-5) have disappointed thus far, but both still have a significant opportunity to make the playoffs. At the beginning of the season, many critics were pointing towards these two teams as Super Bowl contenders. However, the Colts and Steelers have both struggles with consistency and poor defensive play. Pittsburgh has more talent than Indy, but Luck will lay it all on the line. Expect a close game, but the Steelers offensive firepower will ultimately prevail.
