Ian Wickline is an instructor of Information Systems through the Tabor School of Business. Wickline has been employed full time over the past 10 years with a Fortune 50 insurance company where he also serves on a university recruiting and relations team. Wickline has attained a Masters Degree in Business Administration with a focus in Human Resources Management from Baker College Center for Graduate Studies located in Flint, Michigan. Wickline also attained his Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Millikin University (2004).
Edward (Ed) V. Weber has been involved with advanced computer technologies in the manufacturing, financial, grocery, retail, government, and promotional products industries for over 30 years. He is the president and owner of Weber Enterprises, Inc. a computer consulting firm. His company analyzes, designs, develops, and implements integrated systems to support all aspects of their client organizations.
Becky has over 8 years of executive administrative support experience. A born & raised Decatur native, she worked for 9 years at Land of Lincoln Credit Union, first as Administrative Assistant to the CEO and later as Marketing Coordinator. Most recently she served as Director of PR & Development at Macon Resources. Becky holds a B.S. in Business Management from Eastern Illinois University.
Larry E. Stapleton has earned a BS in Manufacturing Engineering from Miami University, an MBA from Chapman University and a PhD in Decision Science from St. Louis University. Dr. Stapleton has over 25 years of industry experience in companies involved in aerospace, construction equipment, trucking and steel making. Dr Stapleton has lead international consulting projects, for the last 6 years, guiding students to develop solutions for business startups, microfinance and service projects. He and his students are currently working with a non-for profit organization to develop means to provide clean water, healthcare and education to remote areas of the Dominican Republic. Also, he teaches Innovation & Entrepreneurship and Project Management to Master students at the Paris School of Business in Paris, France.
RJ Podeschi serves the role of Assistant Professor of Information Systems and Director of Undergraduate Programs for the Tabor School of Business. RJ serves as the Tabor Chair of the Undergraduate Experience, which includes scheduling, advising, and assessment duties. RJ received his bachelor’s in Management Information Systems from Millikin in 2002 and his MBA from Millikin in 2004. He also serves as a director at a local credit union and is active in the finances and ministries of his home church.
J. Mark Munoz
J. Mark Munoz is a graduate of MBA and PhD in Management at the University of San Jose. Prior to joining the academe, he held senior management roles in diverse multinational organizations. He was a former Visiting Fellow at the Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University. A multi-awarded professor, he received several prestigious awards including a Literary Award, three Best Paper Awards, the 2012 Distinguished Scholar by the Academy of Global Business Advancement, the 2013 ACBSP Teaching Excellence Award (one of 10 in the world), and the 2014 Teaching Excellence and Leadership Award at Millikin University. A prolific writer, his work has been published in numerous business and academic journals.
Alan P. Duesterhaus is an Assistant Professor of Management & Marketing at the Tabor School of Business at Millikin University in Decatur, Illinois. Alan is also the managing partner for Duesterhaus LLC, a marketing and management consulting firm based in Spartanburg, South Carolina. His research focuses on branding and brand management. Consulting and presentation engagements have included numerous colleges and universities, BMW North America, and many startup companies and nonprofits. Dr. Duesterhaus holds a bachelor’s in history from George Mason University, a master’s in counseling psychology from James Madison University, a doctorate in higher education administration from Vanderbilt University, and a postdoc in marketing and management from the University of Florida.
