And this is Stephanie Shepherd (aka Steph Shep): former assistant to Kim Kardashian West and now model-influencer.
It's recently come to my attention that the two of them have apparently been friends for quite a long time.
This is a photo from 2019, so they've at least been friends for two years.
They recently launched this fitness program together called "4 Weeks of Focus" in which you can sign up to work out with them 30 minutes a day, five days a week, for four weeks.
And look what Shay commented on Steph's post about the four-week challenge:
And according to their constant appearances in each other's Insta stories, they are sticking to the challenge.
Shay isn't Steph's only famous friend, of course. She's been OG besties with the Kardashians since the early days...
