Tell Us What Body Positive Movie, TV Show, Or Book Completely Changed Your Outlook On Your Own Body

"If you can't love yourself, how in the hell are you going to love somebody else." -RuPaul.

The body positive movement has been around for a while and only continues to grow and evolve.

As someone who has personally struggled with body image, it's always been comforting to read about how others overcame their struggles.

Maybe it was the thought-provoking words in Roxane Gay's Hunger that caused you to pause and reevaluate that "fat" shouldn't be said as an insult.

Or it could be that you watched Hairspray's Tracy Turnblad accomplish all of her dreams and dazzle everyone around her, despite her body type.

Or maybe it's the confidence and inspiration oozing from the queens in RuPaul's Drag Race that finally made you accept yourself.

Everyone's relationship with their body is different! So tell us which TV, movie, or piece of literature completely changed your relationship with your body for the better, and you could be featured in a BuzzFeed Community post!
