What it was
I enrolled in an online class last semester, which got me one step closer to graduating with a minor in journalism. That class was journalism for the Web. Funny, a class about online journalism taught online. As I read the syllabus, there was a section about a BuzzFeed blog every student would work on throughout the semester. As Professor Hubler told us to pick some blog ideas, I thought about starting a blog about traveling, automobiles or men's fashion. I decided to start a blog about men's fashion with an aim toward college undergrads. There are so many blogs out there for college-aged women, but none for college-aged men. So, I started the Clothes of Man.
What it is now
Now, I just write about everything related to men's fashion with that added twist. Sometimes, I've asked people I know questions regarding men's fashion to get their personal take on things, or I write about fashion trends on UNCC's campus.
What it may become
I've realized that I can take this blog and make it more. I can keep writing on BuzzFeed, or pay for a domain name and start my own blog. Also, I can get some people together and write about men's fashion on college campuses. It'd be a good way to do some investigative reporting and compare what guys wear at school A compared to school B.
