"By far the most useful thing we got. My first reaction was to be squicked out by it, but man, that thing was AMAZING. And oddly, quite satisfying. Seeing all the gunk come out and knowing my baby was going to be able to breathe better. But also, so gross. LOL." —bboodle
"I never thought I was going to use it until my infant got a nasty cold a two months old. I was so grossed out by sucking out my son’s snot, but my my baby felt 100% better. I still think it’s gross and give one to all my new moms." —bethanync09

It adds formula and warm water to make a bottle, it's like a baby Keurig! I know making a bottle isn't too hard but at 3:00 a.m. in the dark, all I have to do is press a button." —teamashley

This is really similar to a traditional camping chair — it's lightweight, folds up for easy transport, and comes with a carrying case. It can be easily wiped down with water, and has a five-point harness so the baby can't fall out.
"We didn't have it on our registry — I have never even seen these before but my mother-in-law got it for us and it is seriously the best. It has plastic lining on the tray so wipes clean really easily and it folds up just like a camping chair. We use this whenever we go on a day trip, at the park, drive-in movies, camping, or at friend's houses who don't have kids. Our daughter is almost two and she still fits in it. "But coming in as clutch every time were diapers in different sizes. On the advice of a friend I registered for a bunch of diapers in different sizes (I always opted for the fanciest, sensitive skin ones) and my boy seems to grow overnight and outgrow the diapers we'd JUST used but we didn't have to worry because there was another box a size up waiting for him! And he has sensitive skin (like both his parents) so always go for sensitive skin stuffs!" —saritam

This toy has seven classical melodies from composers like Mozart, Vivaldi, Chopin and Rossini. The button is easy to push, which is perfect for babies, and the volume is adjustable, which is perfect for parents.
"My kid loved this toy since he was a month old. It’s not too loud, the lights are not too flashy and the batteries last quite some time too. My kid LOVED it. We carried it everywhere and still do. The music is quite pleasant and it’s classical music. Definitely recommend it for every baby." —loonygirl

"It legit saved me. It Velcros around your midsection so it can’t shift (and is fully adjustable for all sizes of bellies!), it has lumbar support, it has a little bump almost like support for your baby so they don’t slide back, AND IT HAS A POCKET. No joke, I barely took it off for the first six months. I used it all the time, not just for nursing (would work for bottle feeding mamas just as well) but also just for holding my baby. My baby never wanted to be put down and in those first few months she would sleep flat on her back on this pillow because it’s so wide. You can buy extra covers too and they have really soft ones. I can’t say enough about it. I even bought a second one to keep in my car and I took it everywhere I went. Highly recommend." —laurenk486b7dddf

"A couple days after I gave birth, my milk came in hard. Trying to breastfeed was like trying to get a basketball in her mouth. I was about to give up when I grabbed the nipple shields and they worked. Instantly my baby got milk. They're like a bottle nipple that goes over your nipple and then the baby sucks on that, which sucks the milk out of the breast, and it all becomes much easier, every one calms down and relaxes, and after a few days the milk supply normalizes and you can stop using them." —c47a3ff6ce

This sterilizer is spendy, but people love it because it can eliminate 99.9% of harmful bacteria on just about any surface. It can dry and sterilize bottles in one simple step, and the drying and sterilizing functions can also be used on their own, for use on phones, stuffed animals, and more. If you use it to store supplies, it will automatically sterilize every two hours, so you can be sure everything is as clean as it can possibly be.
"I swear by it! And, aside from baby bottles, you can also sterilize toys, gadgets, clothes, utensils, etc. It’s that one baby gadget that you can still use around the house even when your baby becomes a toddler." —mrsalmario

In polite terms, the Windi is a medication-free way to help a gassy baby. To get real with you, it's a small hollow tube that you can insert into a baby's bottom to instantly release the gas. It reaches far enough to get past the muscle that prevents the release of gas, but it has a stopper so you can't go in too far and accidentally hurt the baby. Amazon reviewers (more than 1,000 of whom gave this gadget five stars!) recommend using a little coconut oil on the tip, and keeping a diaper close at hand to catch the, um... poop explosion that's likely to result.
"We had some very gassy babies and these worked great to get their gas out and give them relief and no medication needed. It's an odd concept but it works." —teamashley

This travel system comes with the stroller, car seat, base, and bassinet. They're all easy to set up and interchange in a snap (literally!) which will make traveling super easy. The stroller is also super smooth, so even if they're walking on bumpy streets, the baby shouldn't be disturbed.
"It makes taking the baby anywhere a breeze. The car seat comes with a base that stays installed in your car, so there’s no fighting seatbelts (helpful in the cold winters) or wondering if the car seat is installed correctly each time you remove the seat. (Note: the seat can be installed without the base if you’re traveling or using a different car) We can get the baby strapped into the seat inside the house and then it just clicks into the base in the car. Then, at your destination, the car seat just clicks into the stroller — no need to wake a sleeping baby. The bassinet clicks in the same, easy way, turning the stroller into an adorable pram. It’s also approved for sleeping overnight, which makes it great for trips without having to worry about a crib, especially with the new safety standards." —erinr4d0ee2317
