Ingredients

Servings: Each smoothie recipe makes 1

Green
1 ½ cups kale, stem removed
1 banana
½ cup plain Greek yogurt
1 cup almond milk

Tropical
1 cup pineapple
1 cup mango
½ cup coconut water
½ cup diced carrot

Berry Beet
1 cup raspberries
½ cup cooked red beets, diced
¼ cup Greek yogurt
1 cup almond milk
1 teaspoon honey

Berry Blue
1 cup fresh blueberries
1 banana
1 cup almond milk
½ cup plain Greek yogurt

Preparation–

1. Add all smoothie ingredients to a blender.

2. Blend on high until fully combined.

3. Pour smoothie mixture into ice cube trays and freeze until solid.

4. Transfer frozen cubes into to-go cups. Cubes will slowly melt into a smoothie to drink on the go.
