
BUBBLY BAR
INGREDIENTS
Bubblies
- Brut
- Prosecco
- Sparkling rosé
Ginger, Jalapeño, and Mint Syrups:
- 3 cups sugar, divided
- 3 cups water, divided
- ½ cup thinly sliced ginger
- 1 medium jalapeno, sliced
- ⅓ cup fresh mint leaves
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Divide water and sugar into 3 saucepans with 1 cup of water and 1 cup of sugar in each.
2. Bring to a simmer over medium-high heat and cook until sugar has completely dissolved.
3. Divide remaining ingredients into the 3 syrups and continue to simmer over low heat for 15 minutes.
4. Remove from heat, strain, and put in small bottle to use at the bubbly bar.
