The monster (just kidding girl) who started this "trend" is Stella Sironen aka @stella.s.makeup on Instagram. Her makeup is truly breathtaking and she's obviously amazing at it. She has a large following and therefore, people took her seriously when she created #featherbrows. With great power comes great responsibility, Stella. You can't just mess around like this! We're bound to get confused and then react!

She made it clear she was joking about the trend in her next Instagram post. Very important, Stella! There are some straight up batshit crazy trends out right now and this could easily be a thing.
