Tom Holland and Timothée Chalamet may be pitted against each other in Hollywood — but that hasn't stopped them from being friends.
Since Tom and Timothée rose to fame, they've been up for a lot of the same roles, including Spider-Man and even Willy Wonka.
While the competition may drive a lot of people apart, Tom says it's actually brought them closer and made them great friends.
"We’re obviously very often part of the same conversation," Tom acknowledged in a recent interview with The Hollywood Reporter.
He continued, "I admire him. I really like him as a friend. And he's a good ally to have in a business that’s pretty cutthroat."
The pair's friendship goes back quite a few years, too, with Tom sharing in 2021 that they were good pals — and later prank-calling him during an appearance on BBC Radio 1.
