Kim Kardashian Says Kanye West Might Have Been Right About That Ice Spice Video North Posted On TikTok

"I was like, 'Oh no, we're taking this down.'"

Kim Kardashian and ex Kanye West have always butted heads when it comes to their children's use of TikTok — but Kim now says Kanye might have been right about one thing.

Back in March, 10-year-old North posted a video dressed as Ice Spice while rapping along to her song with PinkPantheress, "Boy’s a liar, Pt 2."

The video featured North rapping some salacious lyrics including the line, "Sayin’ he home, but I know where he at, like / Bet he blowin’ her back / Thinkin’ ’bout me ’cause he know that it’s fat."

When the video went viral, it prompted a response from viewers who said Kanye had been right about not wanting North on TikTok.

Kanye had previously said that North did not have his permission to "be used by TikTok."

North's rapping video was eventually deleted from her account — and looking back, Kim says Kanye might have been right about that particular situation.

"As soon as I saw the words, I was like, 'Oh no, we’re taking this down,'" Kim recently told Time magazine.

She continued, "I saw on the internet, [people saying] 'Kanye was right,' and maybe he was in that instance."

But Kim says she sees TikTok as an important outlet for North and will continue to support her posting videos on the app.

"She loves making slime videos and doing her little hair tutorials, and I will fight for her to be creative," Kim concluded.
