Kate Beckinsale Says Keanu Reeves Saved Her From A Wardrobe Malfunction In 1993, Once Again Proving He's The Nicest Guy In Hollywood

    Keanu had her back...literally.

As if Keanu Reeves wasn't perfect enough, Kate Beckinsale just shared a story proving he's the nicest guy in Hollywood.

It all went down back in 1993, when Kate was attending her first-ever Cannes Film Festival alongside Keanu and the cast of Much Ado About Nothing.

Right before the group was about to hit the red carpet, Kate had a wardrobe malfunction — and Keanu totally had her back.

Kate says she was wearing a bodysuit she had purchased at the airport (because I guess Cannes was way more casual back then), and it started to come apart in the car ride to the event.

"I had bought the bodysuit in the Sock Shop at the airport, and when I got in the car to drive to the premiere with Denzel and Pauletta Washington, all the poppers in the crotch popped themselves open, and it flipped up like a roller blind," Kate explained on Instagram.

She continued, "I didn’t feel it was appropriate to go delving around in my undercarriage with all of us in the back of the car, so I just quietly panicked."

When she arrived at the carpet, she quickly told Keanu and her other co-star Robert Sean Leonard what had happened — and they stepped in to help.

While posing for photos, Kate held "the front gusset down" while "the two of them are holding the back gusset."

"Absolute legends who may not even have fully understood the physics of what was happening or even heard the word 'gusset' before, but both jumped in to save me no questions asked," Kate said.

Props to Keanu and Robert for having her back...literally!
