Britney Spears has nothing but kind words for her friend Selena Gomez.
The recently married musician paid tribute to her pal in a touching Instagram post over the weekend while reflecting on her own wedding.
Britney shared a photo of Selena from a Dazed magazine shoot, calling her one of the most beautiful women in Hollywood.
"She came to my wedding … the three most beautiful women in [H]ollywood," Britney wrote, including Drew Barrymore and Paris Hilton in the group.
Brit added that she had "no idea" Selena would be there and "was SO HAPPY" to see that she had made it to the wedding.
"Although I’ve been forced to see people against my will my whole life ... she was a beautiful surprise !!!" Britney wrote.
She also noted that she was a big fan of Selena's mental health advocacy, writing that it was "so cool" she was able to be there "to get to [her] and share her thoughts."
"I appreciate ALL the mental health speeches she does for our generation ... Two hour specials with representatives … You’re such a special person," Britney gushed.
In the post, Britney also compared Selena to her mom, Lynne, which, tbh, was a little confusing, considering their prior rocky relationship.
She revealed that Selena told her, "I just want you to be happy" several times during the event — something that Lynne does as well.
"My mom was asked by the paparazzi 3 times on the street 'How does your daughter feel about your response to her wedding' … she said all she wanted for me was to be happy !!!" Britney shared.
She added, "Mom and Selena, I’m so happy to have such a supportive family !!! God bless you 💕💕💕"
While Britney's relationship with her mom may be unclear, it's obvious that the love is mutual between Brit and Selena.
In the comments, Selena replied, "I’m speechless. Britney — you are so kind and have the most beautiful soul. I am beyond lucky to know you. You deserve all the happiness in the world! 💕"
