During a recent tour stop in Manchester, England, the singer-songwriter gave fans a sneak peak at her new song "TV."

Billie was joined by her brother and collaborator, Finneas, as they slowed things down for the acoustic ballad which touches on everything from lost friendships to Roe v. Wade.

"We haven't played a new song live before it's out since 2017 or 2018. This is one we just wrote, and we just wanted to play for you," Billie said before sharing the track.

"I don't wanna talk right now / I just wanna watch TV / I'll stay in the pool and drown / So I don't have to watch you leave," Billie sings in the opening lines.

She adds, "Sinking in the sofa while we all betray each other / What's the point of anything?"

In the chorus, she seemingly goes on to reflect on friendships lost amid a relationship, singing, "All of my friends are missing again / That's what happens when you fall in love"

Later, Billie considers the impact of her fame on her personal relationships, and contrasts it with other items in the news.

"The internet's gone wild watching movie stars on trial / While they're overturning Roe v. Wade," Billie sings, seeming to reference the Johnny Depp and Amber Heard proceedings going on while Roe v. Wade is at risk of being overturned.

Billie didn't detail the exact meaning behind her song, but it's not surprising she mentioned Roe v. Wade, considering she spoke out about abortion laws at a concert in Texas last year.

During her performance, Billie admitted she considered canceling the show after the state essentially banned abortions, but realized she couldn't punish a group of fans that were already victims.

"I remembered it's you guys that are the fucking victims, and you deserve everything in the world. We need to tell them to shut the fuck up!" she said before adding, "My body, my fucking choice!"

Billie Eilish speaks out against Texas’s new abortion law during her set at Austin City Limits: “When they made that shit a law, I almost didn't want to do the show, because I wanted to punish this fucking place for allowing that to happen here… My body, my fucking choice!”
