The famous German music festival Rock am Ring has cancelled tonight's shows after a bomb threat earlier today. 85.000 people were supposedly already at the festival site when it was evacuated.

Organiser Marek Lieberbergs stated in an interview with Rock am Ring's official Twitter account: "Around 19:30 this evening, the local police informed us that they discovered a terrorrist threat. We were encouraged to evacuate the camping and festival area."
Lieberbergs also thanked the audience for evacuating calmly and without protest. He himself made the announcement while the rockband Rammstein was playing.
Tomorrow at 11:00, the organisation will announce if the festival can be continued.
