There are tons and tons of nuances to being a successful college student and the academic resources to help you succeed. Do you know them all?

These are all places you could potentially find help for math tutoring, it's all about finding what works best for you.

Where can you get Math tutoring?

There are several science specific tutoring and studying resources on campus potentially including the TA for your course. Your TA's office hours can be a valuable resource you should try first when in need of help!

Where can you get Science tutoring?

To S/U a class you would fill out a Change Basis of Grading form and bring it to your advisor to approve. After which, you turn it in to the Registrar's office.

How do you S/U a class?

If you need someone to look over your resume and/or cover letter, you can walk into the Career Success or Development Center. The Career Success Center is for COB students and the Development Center is for all students.

Where can you get resume and cover letter help?

MyDegrees can be primarily used to look over the progress you've made on your degree and what is left for you to complete. You can also use MyDegrees' "What-If" function to see what courses you would have to take if you added a minor or changed majors for instance.

What can you use MyDegrees for?

False, there are six sessions during summer where condensed versions of courses are offered.

Summer classes last the entirety of the summer, like a normal term.

False, only certain classes are offered and offered during certain sessions. To know what those are you can go online to: http://summer.oregonstate.edu/courses/credit/

You can take any class offered during the year, during the summer.

True, if you have certain scholarships or grants, you may be required to take a certain amount of credits every year and maintain a set GPA. If you're unsure if this applies to you, get into contact with Financial Aid or the provider of your scholarship to learn more.

Academics can affect your financial aid.

In the College of Business when you apply to proschool, they look at yoir business GPA. This is also common in many other colleges and majors, though you should check with your advisor or online so you can start setting goals now to get into your major!

Which affects your pre-school application usually, your cumulative GPA or Pre-program GPA?

The ASC offers many resources from coaching, worksheets to help with scheduling, additional instruction for certain courses, and much more. If you'd like to know more go to http://success.oregonstate.edu/ or visit the ASC in Waldo 102.

What services can you take advantage of at the Academic Success Center?
