    How To Guaranteedly Get Rid Of Addictions And Bad Habits With Simple Technique

    You are addicted because your mind has created a belief in you that you like this/that addiction or habit and you like it so much that you get into it at *** rate and can’t live without it although you can stop it for some intervals/gap.

    But you can easily change this belief. Now comes the process. 

    Try to think 5–7 times a day that you don’t like this habit but don’t go further like this will cause *** damage or whatsoever. 

    Just try to think that you don’t like this habit. Think that you are not addicted to/ don’t do this habit at all, think that you don’t like this habit and are not addicted to it. 

    Think that you are wrongly addicted because you are unstable and lost your sanity and sense and somehow as a freak involuntary activity you do that but if you try to do that voluntarily i.e. with control then you can’t do this.

    Do this daily and with full belief that this will stop your addiction/habit forever and you will see that if not in 1 or 2 weeks at least after some months your habit is gone forever and your strong belief in that addiction/habit is shaken for forever.
