Take the SAT and ACT exams

Both exams have a different layout. Depending on the type of person you are, choose the best exam for you. It's a good idea to take both the exams and see which one you feel best works.

Stay Involved!

This one goes in with senioritis but don't let it get to you! Admissions Committee knows hoe tempting it is for students to drop out of their activities during senior year, which is why they will ask you the length of your extracurricular activities during high school.

Build good relationships with teachers for Letters of Recommendation

Teachers can either give you a generic recommendation letter or an exceptional one. It's up to you which one you'd like for them to submit. So build a relationship with them showing you're more than just a student ID number. Show them how you stand out!
