I know what you're thinking – surely most drinks are vegan, right? Actually, no! The team behind Savoia's delicious aperitivo took extra steps (think ethically-sourced beta-carotene food colouring and squeaky-clean distilling practices) to become the only one of its kind that's been certified vegan by The Vegan Board. Made from a refreshingly fruity mix of vermouth and bitters, its pink grapefruit, ginger, rhubarb, orange peel, cinnamon, and raisin ingredients shine through to create an award-winning drink that's as tasty on its own as it is in cocktails or with soda water (pssst – add a measure of gin to this stuff for a ridiculously low-hassle negroni). No wonder it's landed itself a 4.9-star average Amazon rating from 15 rave reviews!
Price: £21.99 for 50cl.
To be honest, I rocked up to their Cowspiracy collab menu expecting a pretty good meal that'd still leave me hankering for some meat – more fool me. I was absolutely floored by their relentlessly delicious (and deceptively 'meaty') offerings. I was going to call the courses 'meat alternatives', but that's almost an insult: they're really a sophisticated celebration of the best veg can offer when it's treated seriously. Plates included an oh-so-moreish savoury mushroom donut, a perfectly-textured lentil shepherd's pie croquetta, a miraculously beefy tomato 'steak tartare' that made me wonder if the waiters had got the wrong restaurant, and a confoundingly perfect pecan pie that made my butter-loving Irish brain melt. Food aside, it's by far the fanicest vegan spot I've found in London – the owner's Vogue background shows in its pitch-perfect decor, and the impeccable service left every other restaurant I'd been to recently in the dust. If you can only go to one restaurant on this list, make it this one.
Their Cowspiracy menu is £40 for four courses and comes with a welcome cocktail – worth every penny.
I'm a bit of a snob when it comes to eggs, so I had a mini identity crisis when I found myself impressed by these vegan dupes. They work in everything from omelets to quiches and offer that distinctly, well, eggy texture that brands usually fail to reproduce – I'd recommend seasoning these a bit more than you would with regular eggs, but as substitutions go, this one's among the best I've tried.

I always feel like I'm cheating at cooking when I use this stuff, because it instantly makes everything I prepare feel ten times more ~gourmet~. Just a little bit goes a really long way too – its spicy, aromatic taste and perfect texture is unmatched, IMO. Pair it with tofu, noodles, chickpeas, or (my midweek lunch staple) plain old boiled rice and watch your cooking game change for good.
Price: £5.78.
I use this as a marinade for my tofu, a last-minute addition to veggie stir fries, a dipping sauce for vegetable sticks when I'm in a rush ... I could go on, but at under £4, I reckon you'd be better off trying its naturally-brewed goodness for yourself rather than listening to me bang on about it.
Price: £3.52 for 200ml.
If the cafe's BYOB policy, massive portions, and £20-for-two meal prices haven't sold you, their delicious food and addictive injera (a kind of spongy sourdough flatbread) ought to. Think perfectly-spiced lentil stews, tangy pickles, and delicious greens – you can choose to get the bread as a plate in the traditional style, or as little scrolls on the side (though I'm sort of confused as to why someone could read the words 'plate of bread' and choose the other option instead).

Their cultishly-followed staples include peanut butter coffee, vegan 'Save the Salmon' bagel, and vegan croissants – having become addicted to all of the above, I was excited to hear that they were offering two-for-one deals to encourage vegans to bring their meat-eating pals along all Veganuary. What better time to try their all-new, animal product-free waffle pops?

Everyone who knows me knows how much of a Crosstown convert I've become, so I don't think anyone's surprised that my new year's resolution is to eat as many of their mouth-wateringly soft vegan options as possible. Standouts included the impossibly creamy strawberry cheesecake option and their addictive rhubarb and jasmine offering, but I recommend giving the entire vegan range a try – you know, for the planet.

When it comes to brownies, I have no time whatsoever for restraint or compromise. Luckily, Bad Brownie seems to share my philosophy – these perfectly fudgy, rightfully rich brownies came in a drool-worthy range of flavours, including Biscoff, Oreo, and cocoa. There are some fancy gold-hued toppings too, reminding you that vegan treats can be every bit as indulgent as their regular counterparts – after all, there's no reason cravings can't be cruelty-free.

It is a truth universally acknowledged that a person in peaceful possession of a vegan diet must be in want of a stranger screaming "but what about protein" to them – nobody ever stops banging on about it, so I'm almost wary of recommending these protein-packed bars based solely on their (impressive) nutritional contents. Thankfully, they're delicious enough for me to suggest them for taste alone – their chewy caramel and cookie dough centre is irresistibly moreish, and you'd never be able to detect the 15g of pea and soy protein in each bar from its perfectly-balanced flavour. That's my post-workout snacks sorted for the foreseeable, then.
Price: £22.00 for 12 bars.
Its apple, pear, and lime flavours really shine through, giving that bright and zesty finish I'm always after from my fizz. What better way to celebrate my meatless success?
Price: £20.95 for 750ml.
