Looking for a high-impact and short-term opportunity to address a social issue in Houston? Spend part of the four day weekend of fall recess or spring recess with a small group of peers as you participate in community-engaged learning and service.

CCL Volunteers

Global Engagement Opportunities are designed to create a sustainable and ethical model of student learning on an international scale. GEO trips are short-term and focus on student exposure to social issues that have global implications. Our model aims to further academic experiences and student development beyond the classroom by leveraging faculty, staff, and community partnerships for an impactful student experience.

Global Engagement Opportunities

Want to help make Houston a better city? Work with other students to design a community-focused solution to a policy problem in Houston. Participants tackle a different issue each year and their proposals are judged by a panel of local leaders and experts.
