Absolut Pride Star Martini Slushie

Vodka. In a slushie. At Pride. What’s not to love? Exclusively at select Be At One bars.

Ingredients

80 milliliters Absolut Vanilia Vodka

80 milliliters passion fruit puree

1 tablespoon simple syrup

100 grams pineapple, frozen

1 lime, zested and juiced

1 passion fruit, pulp

2 cups ice cubes

Preparation

1. Add the Absolut Vanilia Vodka, passion fruit puree, simple syrup, pineapple, juice & zest of the lime and ice cubes to a blender and blend until a smooth, slushie like consistency is achieved.

2. Slice the passion fruit in half and add the pulp to the slushie, stir to combine.

3. Serve in a martini glass and decorate as desired.
