Darryl Nelson worked in Coolidge Park in Chattanooga, Tennessee for the last seven years. He would often dance on the job and no one thought anything of it until Melissa Parsons caught one of his boogie sessions on camera.
Melissa has no problem with people having fun, just not on the job. "It wasn't something that you would expect to see in Coolidge Park or anywhere from a grown man, especially a man in uniform...He was grabbing areas you would see in an R-rated movie."
