So gone are the days when you could easily relax down with hat on your head at the beach as you were no longer worried for the grocery shopping which has been made easier with the online grocery store, YES ! you just read that right !

Sudharani,resident of Hyderabad was shocked to see dead stinky rat on the grocery order placed by her at the leading online delivery grocery store.

Adding to the note shared by her she mentioned that it was not her first time that she has ordered from BigBasket rather was using this from last 2 years but shockingly this is her first time despite the check of quality both the supermarket store as well as the online grocery delivery store guarantees.

BigBasket's Take on it,

While the BigBasket contacted her immediately and offered a replacement of th product but that is not something to get replacement and she said "At the end of the day, it is not just about my case. It is a question of public health. In the same batch that I got the rat, other people would have gotten just the food, and may have even eaten it. Officials must investigate and get to the bottom of this"

She has also filed a complaint with the Madhapur police station
