You may know Lucy Hale as Aria Montgomery from the hit show "Pretty Little Liars". With over 17 million followers, she makes a considerable impression on the teenage demographic.
In 2012, Lucy spoke out to Cosmopolitan about dealing with an eating disorder. “I’ve never really talked about this, but I would go days without eating. Or maybe I’d have some fruit and then go to the gym for three hours. I knew I had a problem…It was a gradual process but I changed myself,” She admitted.
Since the interview, Hale's frame has shrunk considerably. This may be a result of healthy eating and exercise. However, her fans have other speculations.
