Ingredients
1/2 cup butter, at room temperature
1/4 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup granulated sugar
3 egg
1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/4 cup flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 package of Oreo
1 box of red velvet cake mix
1/3 cup oil
Green food coloring
Instructions
1. To make the cookie dough layer, start by creaming the butter and sugars together in a mixing bowl. Add 1 egg and the vanilla extract. After scraping down the sides of the bowl, add our flour, sat, baking soda and baking powder. Mix until fully incorporated. Finally, plop in a few drops of green food coloring to get your cookie dough a festive color.
2. Press the cookie dough layer into a 13" x 9" baking pan and then top with a single layer of as many Oreo cookies as humanly possible.
3. For the brownie layer, empty the cake mix into a mixing bowl. Add the 2 remaining eggs and the oil. Mix thoroughly before pouring the batter on top of the Oreo layer.
4. Batter these bad boys in a 350 degree oven for approximately 20 to 30 minutes. Let cool 2 hours before serving. Top with some chocolate frosting if you like your brownies extra slutty!
