6 tablespoons assorted berries, washed and stemmed
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 ounce elderflower liqueur
3 ounces sparkling white wine (or champagne)
3 ounces 7UP
1. In a pint glass, place 3 tablespoons of berries.
2. Add lemon juice and elderflower liqueur, then muddle.
3. Strain into a highball glass.
4. Add sparkling wine and 7UP, then garnish with remaining berries.
