• “Gossip Girl” is on winter break. (That is not Dan Humphries hair.)
• He won the heart of girlfriend Zoe Kravitz by attempting to emulate her father’s ‘do.
• Pure laziness.
Listen, I have nothing against a guy with long hair. In fact, Penn’s long hair would probably look good if he knew how to take care of his curls, like some of us do. But his frizzy mop of a head is looking quite sad. Somebody get some conditioner into that coif, STAT!
