10 Upcoming Party Holidays That Are Totally Underrated

Sure Cinco de Mayo and Memorial Day are perfect times to celebrate, but there are tons of other holidays that never seem to get the recognition they truly deserve. Take a peek at some upcoming holidays where you should definitely whip out the Tostitos® chips and dips.

Margarita Cheesecake Tarts

Ingredients:

1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese , softened

¼ cup tequila

¼ cup triple sec

1 (6 ounce) can frozen limeade concentrate , thawed

1 Bag Tostitos® Scoops!® Tortilla Chips

Non-dairy whipped topping

Mint sprigs (to garnish) or lime zest (to garnish)

Directions:

1. Combine sweetened condensed milk and cream cheese until well mixed.

2. Stir in tequila, triple sec, and limeade concentrate.

3. Spoon one tablespoon of mixture into each chip.

4. Chill at least two hours.

5. Just before serving, top with a dab of whipped cream and a sprig of mint or a sprinkle of lime zest.

Try some Chicken Queso Dip:

Ingredients:

1 15-oz jar of Tostitos® Queso

1 Bag Tostitos® Scoops!® Tortilla Chips

1 cup cooked Fajita Chicken

½ cup black beans – chopped

¼ cup cilantro – chopped

Directions:

- Mix all ingredients together in a medium saucepan.

- Heat over medium heat.

- Serve warm.

This is the day to ditch the traditional pie and get a little more creative.

Tostitos® Scoops!® Pizza Recipe

Ingredients:

1 bag Tostitos® Scoops!® Tortilla Chips

Pepperoni slices

American or Cheddar Cheese

Jalapenos

Directions:

- Place Tostitos® Scoops!® chips on tray.

- Heat the oven to 350 degrees

- Put one pepperoni and cheese in each.

- Place in the oven for 4 minutes.

- Top with Jalapenos.
