This is of course the awesomest thing I’ve ever seen, but that said, no love for “Miami Is Nice”? It’s cuter than an interuterine!

And my favorite from Yo Gabba Gabba!: “Beautiful Day (With My Best Friend)” by Jimmy Eat World, which is both as good a Jimmy Eat World song as anything they’ve done AND perfectly encapsulates my feelings about my pets.

My favorite: Stevie Wonder and his band just out-and-out killing “Superstition,” unadulterated and in its entirety, on Sesame Street as little kids dance their little hearts out.

I also loved any song with a voice that sounded like a robot: “Automatic” by the Pointer Sisters, “Jam On It” by Newcleus, and of course this peerless jam.

Apparently I listened to the 45 of this more or less nonstop. Bonus points for the intro by Larry David as Howard Cosell.

Death Grips released their first official album this year and it scratches a whole lot of aggro itches for me.
