The Reed Flute Cave is a 180-million-year-old natural limestone cave which gets its enchanting color from artificial lights.
8. The Cadillac Ranch in Amarillo, Texas.
The Cadillac Ranch is a sculpture comprised of 10 different models of Cadillacs, all planted nose-first in the ground at the same angle as the Great Pyramid of Giza. Visitors to the site are welcomed - and even encouraged - to write graffiti on the vehicles.

The salt flats in this region of Bolivia cover over 4,000 square miles, making them the world's largest. As much as 70% of the world's lithium reserves are contained in the brine underneath the flats' thick salt crust.

The Basilica Cistern is one of hundreds of cisterns located under Istanbul and the most impressive, both because of its large size and cathedral-like structure.

These unusual trees get their name from their red sap which is said to resemble blood. They are uniquely beautiful because of their thick, dense branches and ruby tint.

These pagodas sit on the highest peak in Thailand. People come to the Doi Inthanon Pagodas for the spectacular waterfalls and to pay their respects to the Buddha relic inside.
