Kanye West has been charged with criminal battery and attempted grand theft for an alleged attack on a photographer at Los Angeles International Airport in July, TMZ reported.
The photographer's lawyer said her client had been badly injured by West.
The hip-hop star could face a maximum of one year in prison if he is convicted on both misdemeanor charges.
