This news follows the recent release of obviously faked footage of North Korea launching a ballistic missile from a submarine.
"In an even bolder move, Rodong Shinmun, North Korea's propaganda arm, has just released this video with Kim Jong Un himself launching a long-range ballistic missile" is something I imagine reading soon in the New York Times.
"This is more faked footage of Kim testing out highly dangerous micro-guns," will probably be a lede on the AP newswire someday.
"In a move that the international community is calling a 'nightmare scenario,' another video has surfaced showing Kim releasing a nuclear robo-butterfly into the wild," is something I wouldn't be surprised to hear on CNN next month.
