The picture linked to a story about Sarah Thomas, a woman who is working to become the NFL's first full-time female ref.
After only an hour of being up the picture was shared almost 2,000 times and liked over 12,000 times. Hundreds of comments, however, are less enthusiastic. Here's a few:

Sarah Thomas is a mother of three and works as a pharmaceutical representative off the field. If she's made an official full-time ref, she'll be starting most likely in 2014.
