It was the second time that Frank Ocean was pulled over in a week. As police officers approached the car they smelt weed emanating from the vehicle. Ocean was cited for marijuana possession, driving on a suspended license, and tinted windows. He was not taken to jail however, but instead released with tickets on the scene.
