Emily Kraus and her boyfriend were driving through Pennsylvania to see Dave Matthews Band play in Hershey when they saw Dave stranded on the side of the road.
His bicycle had broken down and he didn't have his cellphone so the couple gave him a lift they were headed there anyway.
According to the couple, he was so grateful for their help he invited them to dinner and autographed their tickets.
He even gave her a shout out on stage [1:15].
